Do you think studying texts from different cultures is worthy? why or why not?

          I think that studying texts from different cultures is worthy because it gives us a chance to learn about different cultures and religions. Also, I think that studying texts on different cultures gives us more of a view on history and current events around the world that are not talked about as often. Learning about these events expands our knowledge on the world and our geography. This is worthy to us because it gives us more of a sense of what is going on around the world that we are mostly unaware of. Studying texts from different cultures not only teaches us major events but teaches us more about their religion that we are not accustomed to, such as their mannerism, their way of living and how they live. Therefore, I think it is worthy to study texts from different cultures due to learning new things and and an increase on knowledge regarding history and current events.
